Description

Dancing Goat 8-year Waterford Barrel Pick 'A Quirky & Humble Barrel' Bourbon

It reads as grounded

but this wine is extraordinary

wanted to update the style of the wine and labels

The first taste is a symphony of flavors

As Miguel told me

breezy white many remember from decades past

lemon oil and white peach

Notes of sea spray

and while we have received many accolades

Fruit and structure move in tandem

edged by a faint almond bitterness and a whisper of sea spray

On the palate there’s a beautiful relationship between the salinity and fruit
