Description

Essentiae Erba Cedrina

powerful wine that shows all the breadth of Serralunga

It’s primarily Grenache

wet granite with touches of lemon zest and kaffir lime leaf – Chardonnay like I’ve never had that wasn’t from Puligny

big and easygoing

Lively and finely etched

Every time I pop the cork of this beauty

sandy tannins

edged with citrus pith and a light note of ginger and white pepper on the finish

in Italy known as DOCG (Denominazione di Origine Controllata e Garantita)

the grapes were grown at Cole Creek and Rodgers Creek vineyards

finishing with a cooling coastal snap

Cool water from the iron faucet washes over the palms of your hands
