La Porte Saint Jean 'Les Pouches' 2019Central Loire Valley wine from Sylvain Dittiere who started his domaine, Porte Saint Jean, in 2010. Don't be fooled by his relative youth. He learned wine from Antoine Foucault with internships with Thierry Germain, Marc Tempe and Gerard Gauby. Grown in the limestone rich terroir of the Loire this wine wonderfully shows the structure and intensity of Cabernet Franc.
