B55 Bow String MaterialB55 from BCY is the bowstring material of choice for older bows or any bow that is not Fast Flight compatible. B55 is made from polyester fibers and is 100% compatible with all bows. It is more durable and stretches less than B50 or B500, but still safe for you bow. And the diameter is similar so the strand count used when making a string does not have to change. Available in several colors. Lost Nation Archery does not recommend mixing B55 and B500
