It comes to us from the small island of Marie Galante, known for its unique terroir and authentic distilleries. It's the work of the Bielle distillery that is honored here, with an 8 year old rum distilled in January 2011. It was aged in bourbon barrels until August 2019. Then it was shipped to Europe in November 2019 for bottling. This brut de ft was not chill filtered,
