This UK exclusive Benriach was distilled in 1997 and aged for 19 years in cask 8634 before being finished in a dark rum barrel and bottled in November 2016 with a yield of 266 bottles

this was  bottled in 2012 at its natural cask strength without colouring or chill filtration

very classically Highlands in style and showing lots of Ben Nevis's usual playful distillery character

classy and lively 90s style Ardbeg but with a great

classic style Auchentoshan with plenty of green and citrus fruit qualities on top of a light sweetness and toffee apple note

whose chalk content is so high that it appears white

with every cask being hand-selected and married together for several months

This one is a Moscatel finish and should be similar if a little more intense than the 1978 from the same batch

G&M have been criticised for bottling so many Ardbegs at lower strengths like this one
