A pair of Grey BowlsA pair of bowls. One smaller, and one a little larger. Glazed in Dark browns, greys and white. Thrown and trimmed on the wheel. Made from stoneware clay. Fired to 1250 degrees. Food safe and fine to go in the dish washer. 8 & 6 cms tall 15. 5 & 12 cms across Measurements are approximate. Price is for the pair.

Inspired by the beaches of South Wales where I spent the first 18 years of my life

wind and rain all in a single walk

A large serging bowl with a slight rim

The bowl was thrown and trimmed on the wheel

All three have texture carved into the body which enables the glaze to break a little and create a love mix of blue and brown

It's mainly a lovely blue but as it "breaks" over the texture it turns a slight burnt brown

Glazing inspired by the Gower beaches in South Wales where I was brought up
