Chauveau 'Les Collines de Lise Premiers Pas' Pouilly-Fumé, Loire, France 2023Domaine Chauveau has farmed in Saint Andelain, at the heart of the Pouilly Fum appellation, since the 19th century. Benot Chauveau took over the vines in the mid 1990s, with his wife Emmanuelle later joining to run the estate's commercial and administrative side. Their daughter Lise has since joined the family team as an agricultural engineer and oenologist, and this cuve is named in tribute to her first steps in the family trade (her Premiers Pas!)
